Rochelle brings to her coaching style over 30 years of ministry experience.  She has taught in Christian Schools, in a Christian University, and has been the Christian Educational Director for church ministries.  Beside church type ministries, Rochelle has worked in her husband's Chiropractic Practice where alternative approaches and nutritional evaluations are a large part of the whole life healing process.  She has had 15 years of Alternative Wellness Seminar attendance and has been awarded a  Degree of Doctor of Clinical Religious Counseling (DCRC).  This training  gives her an expanded view of the needed elements for wholeness.  It is Rochelle's view that "man" is Spirit, Soul, and Body, and looking for the balance in the whole person is her goal.

Rochelle is the mother of five adult children, two children-in-laws, and the "Momala" to one granddaughter.  Being a wife, mother, and "Momala" are her "greatest" life's joys!  However, by serving others, Life Coaching fulfills her God given destiny as God's "workmanship, created in Christ Jesus, for good works, which God prepared beforehand that she should walk in them," Ephesians 2:10.
